WHAT TREATMENT DO I NEED?

By definition, nobody ‘needs’ a cosmetic treatment. However, should you wish to enhance your appearance, or look younger, Whatever your age, we have a comprehensive range of treatments designed to help you look your very best. We can create a bespoke treatment plan to target age-specific concerns and will always take the time to talk through all of the options and outcomes.

  • The nearest train station is Hale Village.

  • The clinic is within a 15 minute drive from Manchester Airport.

Please allow adequate time to get to your appointment. If you are late, It may not allow enough time to complete a treatment or consultation, in which case the appointment will have to be re-arranged.

What Parking is Available?

  • The Clinic has ample parking immediately outside. Please park to the right of the clinic as you enter the Courtyard.

  • If you do not use the assigned clinic parking, you may be asked to move your car.

Disabilities

If you have a disability and are as such protected under the Equalities Act 2010, requiring reasonable adjustments to your care, please contact the clinic 72 hours prior to your appointment so that we may facilitate this for you.

Terms and Conditions

  • A deposit of £50 is required to secure your appointment.

  • Please provide as much notice as possible, if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, so that we may make best use of our appointment diary.

  • The deposit will be non-refundable if an appointment is cancelled within 48 hours of the date or if you do not attend a booked appointment, and fail to advise us in advance regardless of reason (no-show).

  • Please do NOT attend the clinic for an appointment if you are unwell. If you are unsure, please call and discuss. Many treatments are contraindicated if you are unwell; this includes colds, cold sores or local skin infections.

  • Routine review appointments are offered after treatment with Botulinum Toxin as a courtesy. If you are unable to attend the review appointment at 2-4 weeks, no additional treatment or dose adjustment is provided once the review period of 2-4 weeks has passed.

  • We reserve the right to refuse treatment if at time of consultation if the patient is thought to be unsuitable, or it is not in their best interests to proceed.

Clinic Child Policy

  • We do not treat children or young adults under the age of 18.

  • If you look young for your age, photo identification will be required (please take this as a compliment).

  • Please do not bring children to the clinic unless they are old enough to be left unsupervised. Children will not be allowed to accompany you into the treatment rooms.

Refunds

Fees charged for treatment are for the delivery of a treatment and the accompanying service, which is inclusive of;

  • Consultation and assessment

  • Provision of information and advice

  • Safe treatment with evidence based products

  • Follow up appointments and aftercare advice and support as appropriate

Whilst we undertake to provide excellent service; factual, honest and ethical advice, safe, expert treatment in experienced hands and only the best products, we cannot guarantee your results and cannot offer refunds if the results achieved fail to meet your expectations.

Feedback

Any feedback is much appreciated, both positive and developmental. Feedback is used to review and improve quality of service and may be done via email or Google reviews.

How to reschedule/cancel your appointment

Should you need to make any changes to your appointment please use our online system and give at least 48 hrs notice to avoid a late cancellation charge.

Missed/late cancelled appointments

Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment we kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hrs notice. Failure to give the full notice will result in forfeiting your deposit.

For pre-paid treatment course appointments, you will forfeit that treatment instead
